If you are not fully satisfied with your gift basket, we will promptly exchange or refund the cost of the basket, less a 15% restocking fee. All we ask is that you call us at (800) 691-0059 and return the basket to us, in its original condition, within 15 days. Orders which have been personalized or engraved cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
If you have received a basket with broken contents, please call us within 10 days at (800) 691-0059. We will arrange to replace the damaged items, or the entire basket, if necessary.
