Chianti is Tuscany’s most popular wine, dating back to the Etruscan and Ancient Roman civilizations first to cultivate the vines. Caposaldo continues this tradition with its classic Chianti selection, produced from hand-harvested grapes from choice vineyards in Italy's Chianti D.O.C.G. zone. The Sangiovese-based dry ruby red wine has a fruity aroma with hints of violet and cherry flavors and a long, elegant finish. Pairs best with pasta with tomato or meat-based sauces, pizza, meaty mushrooms, roasted white meats or grilled meats.
Produced from hillside vineyards, Caposaldo’s flagship Pinot Grigio has a fresh, vibrant character, delicate white fruit and apple aromas and flavors offset by notes of acacia blossoms and almonds. The texture is crisp and vibrant with a well-balanced, bright acidity and a clean, fresh finish. It pairs nicely with white-fleshed proteins, light pasta dishes, seafood and cheese.

We will deliver same day by van within select parts of NJ & NY if we receive the order before 10:30 A.M. EST, Monday-Friday (except for legal holidays). Saturday delivery may also be available during holiday seasons. Van orders received after 10:30 A.M. EST will be delivered on the following business day. Orders for future van delivery service can be placed as well.
Deliveries are limited to certain zip codes within New Jersey and New York. The delivery cost is calculated based upon the weight and size of the package, plus the destination zip code.
