How do I place an order?
You can order great gift baskets from winebasket.com in several easy ways:

For email and fax orders, please include:
- Your full name, company name, full address, email address and daytime telephone number
- Items and quantities you would like to order
- Recipient name and company name (if applicable), full address, and daytime phone number (should there be a problem with the address)
- The date you would like the gift(s) to be received, a message to include with each gift and the name of the person each gift is from
- Credit card and billing information (full name and address) should be provided over the phone at (800) 691-0059.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards and PayPal. Cashier’s checks are also accepted, but your order will not be shipped for 2-3 weeks, until the check completely clears. Please call if you would like to pay by Cashier’s check.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
We use the latest encryption technology to keep all your information safe and secure. Our 128-bit SSL Certificate ensures that every site visitor, no matter what browser or operating system you use, connects at the highest level of encryption your system is capable of.
What credit card information do I need to provide?
Be sure to have your billing address, complete account number, expiration date and credit card id number.
For Visa, Mastercard and Discover, the credit card id number is a 3-digit number sequence located on the back of the card, usually at the top of the signature strip.
For American Express users, it is a 4-digit number sequence, located on the front of the card to the side of the account number.
These security features are implemented for your protection, to help combat credit card fraud.
Is my order subject to sales tax?
State sales tax will be collected for orders shipped to addresses in New Jersey. An alcohol shipping fee will be collected for orders shipped to addresses in New Hampshire.
Do you offer discounts?
We sure do. From time to time, we will offer our customers discounted prices or free shipping corresponding to particular holidays or occasions. Registered members can always get a 5% discount on every online order they place. Only one discount per order can be applied and all discounts or savings are activated with the use of a special discount code.
How do I use my discount code?
It’s easy. Go shopping, add whatever you like to your cart and when you are ready to check out, put the discount code next to the box, where it says, “If you have a discount code, please enter it”, then hit the “Submit” button. You will see the discount amount applied immediately to your order.
Can my company open a Purchase Order account?
Yes. Once you have filled out a credit application and are pre-approved, we will bill you on a monthly basis, except for holiday orders placed in November or December.
Can I add a gift card and message?
We include a free card with each purchase. During the checkout process you will be able to compose your gift message and indicate how you would like the card to be signed, or whether you would prefer it to remain unsigned.
Will the name of the basket appear on the basket itself or the shipping box?
No. The name of the basket is for order recognition purposes only; it will not appear on the gift basket or the box it comes in. So, for example, you could choose our "Celebrate" or "Basket of Joy" to send as a sympathy basket, without worrying about a basket title which is inappropriate to the occasion possibly offending the recipient.
Can I substitute Gift Basket items?
One of the significant differences between us and other established gift basket providers is our ability to treat each and every customer in an individual and specialized way.
To substitute an item, you can either call us or indicate your substitution in the "Special Instructions" section of the checkout process. We will adjust the price of the basket, if necessary, to reflect the substitution.
